By accessing or using the Dream Windows and Doors website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Window and Door Services

Dream Windows and Doors provides professional window and door replacement services including window installation, door installation, energy efficient upgrades, and related home improvement services in Colorado Springs and surrounding areas.

All projects are subject to a written estimate or contract provided before the installation date.
Final charges may vary based on actual services rendered, materials, and project scope.
Cancellation policies and fees will be outlined in your individual service agreement.

Estimates and Pricing

Estimates provided through our website or by phone are preliminary and based on the information you provide. A detailed estimate will be provided in writing before your installation. All pricing is custom and tailored to your specific project needs.

Liability and Insurance

Dream Windows and Doors is fully licensed and insured as required by Colorado state law. Our liability coverage options will be explained in your service agreement prior to your installation.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on our forms, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Dream Windows and Doors related to your window and door services, including but not limited to: quote confirmations, appointment reminders, installation-day updates, and follow-up communications. Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message Frequency and Content

Message frequency varies. You may receive approximately 2-5 text messages per service transaction. Messages may include:

Quote and estimate confirmations
Appointment scheduling and reminders
Installation-day updates (crew arrival time, status)
Post-installation follow-ups and satisfaction surveys
Occasional promotional offers (no more than 4 per month)

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Dream Windows and Doors does not charge any fee for sending or receiving text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates will apply.

Opt-Out

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message received from Dream Windows and Doors. You may also opt out by calling 719-238-5419 or emailing info@dream-windows.com. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and will not receive further text messages unless you opt in again.
